Shipping & Delivery
Where we ship
Australia-wide, including all metro and regional addresses. We don't currently ship internationally — if you're an interior designer or trade buyer outside Australia, email hello@decoee.com and we'll see what we can arrange.
Standard items
Ready-made curtains, Roman blinds, and roller blinds in stocked sizes ship within 48 business hours of order confirmation.
- Sydney metro: 2–3 business days
- NSW regional, Melbourne, Brisbane metro: 3–5 business days
- Other capitals: 4–6 business days
- Remote and Tasmania: 6–10 business days
Custom-cut items
Custom-sized curtains and blinds are made to order. Total lead time from order to your door is typically:
- Production: 2–3 weeks
- Dispatch + delivery: as per the times above
So a custom order to Sydney usually lands in 2.5–3.5 weeks, and to a remote address in 3–4 weeks. We'll email you a tracking number the day your order leaves the workshop.
If you need an order by a specific date — moving in, photo shoot, hosting — tell us at checkout in the order notes. We'll let you know within a business day whether we can hit it.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on orders over $150 AUD, Australia-wide. Below $150, shipping is a flat $14.95 metro and $24.95 regional. Oversize panels (drops over 240 cm) carry a $19 oversize surcharge.
Tracking
Every order gets an Australia Post tracking number sent to the email on file. Tracking goes live within 24 hours of dispatch. If you haven't received tracking 48 hours after the dispatch confirmation, email hello@decoee.com with your order number.
What if I'm not home?
Australia Post leaves curtain parcels at a safe location by default. If you'd prefer parcels held at the post office for collection, request "Hold for pickup" in the order notes — we'll add it to the shipping label.
