These are the terms that apply when you shop with Decoee. We've kept them short and plain — but if anything is unclear, just email us and we'll talk it through.

Orders

When you place an order, we'll send you an order confirmation by email. That's when your order becomes official. For custom orders, we may reach out to double-check the details before we start production.

Custom orders

Custom-sized curtains and made-to-measure blinds are produced specifically for your window. A few things to know:

  • The measurements you give us are your responsibility. We'll flag anything that looks obviously wrong, but if the measurements are off, we can't guarantee the panel will fit.
  • You have 24 hours from order confirmation to change or cancel a custom order, no questions asked.
  • After production starts, custom orders can't be cancelled or returned for a change of mind. The Refund Policy explains what to do if there's a fault.
  • Production times are our best estimate. We'll always let you know if there's a delay.

Shipping

Shipping rates, timing, and what to do if something goes wrong are covered in our Shipping Policy. When you order, please make sure your delivery address is correct.

Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy covers when you can return an item, how to start a return, and how refunds are processed.
