Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we ship orders, our rates, lead times, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Standard rates and delivery times appear automatically at checkout for our main shipping zones.
If your country isn't covered by an automatic rate at checkout, please email hello@decoee.com with your delivery address and the items you're interested in. We'll come back within one business day with a personalised shipping quote and an estimated delivery time. We can arrange delivery to most destinations on request — including interior designers, trade buyers, and bulk orders.
Lead times
Ready-to-order items
Ready-made curtains, blinds in stocked sizes, hardware, and accessories dispatch within 3 business days of order confirmation.
Custom and made-to-measure items
Custom curtains and made-to-measure blinds enter production after order confirmation. Production typically takes 3–4 weeks. Shipping is added on top of production time.
Delivery time on top of production depends on your destination and the shipping method available at checkout. We'll email you a tracking link the day your order leaves our workshop.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of items in your cart and your delivery address. Free shipping applies to qualifying orders over the threshold shown at checkout.
Tracking
Every order receives a tracking number sent to the email address on file once dispatched. Orders ship via tracked courier appropriate to your destination.
If your tracking number has not arrived 48 hours after the dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at hello@decoee.com with your order number.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, please first check with neighbours, the building manager (if applicable), and your nearest post office, then email hello@decoee.com. We will work with the courier to locate or claim for the parcel.
If your order arrives visibly damaged (torn packaging, water-damaged, broken hardware), please email a photo within 7 days of delivery to hello@decoee.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as set out in our Refund Policy.
Address changes
If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, email us immediately. We can usually update the address if the order has not yet shipped. Once a tracking number is generated, address changes must be made with the courier directly.
International customs and duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country's customs authority. We declare the actual value of the goods on the customs form and cannot mark parcels as gifts or undervalue items.
