Waterproof Wood Venetian Blinds — Kitchen & Bathroom Hardwood Shades

Solid hardwood Venetian blinds with a waterproof, stain-resistant coating — built for kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, and any window where regular wood blinds would warp.

Same 50 mm basswood slats and architectural look as our standard wood Venetians, but the slats are sealed with a waterproof eco-finish that resists steam, splash, and grease. Wipe spills with a damp cloth — they don't soak in.

Slats

• Material: kiln-dried basswood (椴木), 5 cm slat width
• Finish: low-VOC waterproof eco-coating (anti-stain, anti-fade, wipe-clean)
• Construction: reinforced cord channels, anti-warp ladder system

Where to use

Designed for high-humidity rooms — over kitchen sinks, bathroom windows above tubs, laundries, sunrooms with condensation, ground-floor windows facing damp gardens. Also works anywhere standard wood Venetians would: studies, bedrooms, living rooms.

Light blocking

90%+ blackout when slats are fully closed. Tilt mid-position for diffused daylight; tilt down for room-darkening with privacy preserved.

Operation

Continuous cord-loop control for tilt and lift. Top-down/bottom-up, single-side, and electric motorised options on request — default is continuous cord-loop with bottom-up lift.

Care

• Wipe with a damp cloth — even soapy water is fine
• Soft brush or vacuum dust between deeper cleans
• Do not submerge or pressure-wash
• Mild kitchen degreaser is okay; avoid bleach
